When determining our compensation, we assess the amount of work, time expenses and complexity of the project in question. Typically, the compensation consists of several parts:
- Commitment Fee: paid by the client after approving our work plan and is limited by a fixed sum that covers our operational expenses
- Success Fee: depends on the amount of authority relegated to us and floats between 5% and 10% of the closed deal sum
- Additional Compensation Fees (inc. daily rates): include travel compensation, services provided by specialists of adjacent specializations, post and other communication services
- Compensation and fees in the event of contract breaches
Our compensation directly depends on the results of our work.
Before beginning work on a project, we sign a contract with the client that describes all our compensation arrangements. We see all client related information as strictly confidential.
