	Yulia Leonova, Managing Partner. Professional experience: Credit Commercial de France Asset Management Russia, Framlington Investment Management in Russia.
	Inna Yumasheva, Partner. Graduated from the State Academy of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze in specialty 'International Economic Relations', underwent training in London (Institute of Investment Management & Research) in 'Investment Management' course. From 1994 to 2002 worked in investment funds specializing in direct investments to Russian enterprises, including Framlington Investment Management in Russia and Sector Capital. From 2002 to 2007 worked in commercial banks, from which the last three years in Alfa-bank, in the consumer crediting department.
	Anton Kartamyshev, Head of Advertising Department. Holds the degrees in the areas of polygraphics and lingustics. Has over 10 years of experience in advertising, publishing and IT services.

Consulting:

	Marina Evans (LLM), Managing Partner. Professional experience: Legal work specializing in corporate, civil, international labor law, securities, intellectual property, and information technologies. Education: Tomsk State University (Law Department), postgraduate education at Moscow State University of Foreign Affairs (MGIMO), L.L.M. Degree from the Northwestern University, Chicago in 2001.
	Denis Kartamyshev, Head of the Legal Department. Graduated from Moscow State University. Experienced in the fields of legal support of investment projects as well as the experience in using legal institutions for the creation of management tools for investment projects. During his professional activity (over 15 years) has headed Law Department of ZAO “Sky Link”, managed Legal department of the group of affiliated companies of “Publicis Group” Corporation, worked in the “Sibirskiy Alumimiy” Group, as well as in “Slavneft’s” affiliated company, specializing in funds’ transactions.
	Evgeniy Popov, Head of Tax Advisory Group. He has been working at Meridian Capital since 2007. Previous 10 years he worked in tax authorities, major audit companies and industrial complexes.
	Oksana Shaposhnikova, Head of Accounting Department. Graduated from Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technology named after Lomonosov in specialty ‘physicist-chemist engineer’. Graduated from Russian Distance-Learning Finance & Economic Institute in specialty ‘financial management’. She has successful experience of work in major commercial companies as a chief accountant over 12 years.
	Marina Pashina, Head of Migration Department. She graduated from the Diplomatic Academy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with the diploma with honors in specialty “World Economy”. She has higher education and the diploma in specialty “Philologist, Translator”. Prior to joining Meridian Group of Companies she worked in major visa and consulting company.
	Natalya Mishina, Chief auditor. She graduated from The State Academy of Management, Audit and Accounting Department. Since 1997 has been engaged in the area of Auditing, has vast work experience in major and small Russian audit companies.
